This project was awarded to Kish Pars in spring of 2015 by Atr-avaran Company that has the exclusive license of Elise Perfume from France to produce in Kish and sell them in Iran and perhaps in region. The project purpose was to build the phase two of factory and extension of the phase one. The project consisted of 80 by 25 meters steel structure and 12-meter height that was equipped with a sliding crane to move heavy machineries of the factory, a store for products, a guard house and also a mansion at the top floor of building with a roof garden. A Kitchen and staff canteen were added to project later on. The factory was located in Green Tree Region that is called city of industry number one. The job of Kish Pars was to design the structure and prepare layout and drawings, procurement of materials, and execute the construction work and also to fortify the foundation for line of production and machinery including all mechanical and electrical works. The project was completed in 18 months and turned over to the client and right now is producing perfumes and even medical and industrial alcohol and sanitizer.
