This project was a national project contracted by Lauzanne Company near Tabriz in Azaerbaijan. Mr. Zolfaghari job was to prepare list and position and locaton of all re-bars that was used in construction of siloes and was covered by conctrete with no certificate and approval from the Russians Resident Engineers. 3 thousand tons of re-bar were used and 300 tons were missing . This project was a national project in Fars Providence , 70 Km from Darab to Bandar Abbas. The section was 30 Km obtaing 3 tunnels in total length of 2 Km and the highest bridge of Iran with the height of 70 meters from the base of the river, all in a horizontal curve between tunnel nuber 2 and 3 .
This project was a national project in 25 km south west of Saveh in Central Providence. The client was Tehran Water and Sewage Authority and the consultant was Rom Electro from Romiania with inspectors from Russia. The dam had a height of 128 meters and was formed of double-curve concrete body. The main contractor was SABIR Co. and Mr.Zolfaghari was assigned to manage the project from top of foundation to completion but he quitted the job after 13 months for some personal problems and handed over the management to his vice. The foundation was done by late Mr. Engineer Siahpoosh. During Mr. Zolfaghari supervision in 1986 and 1987 the concreting of the first 60 meters height of dam was completed and all fortification and anchorage and injection were done. The biggest problem in concreting was the air temperature that in most of year raised to above 40 dgrees and raised the temperature of concrete to above 30 when the specs did not allow more than 18 degrees. In addition to warm weather, fresh cement that carried to the site by bonkers was about 70 degrees. Precooling and postcooling were the most important part of job. The precooling was done by 4 compressors and condunsors that produced cold water to wash aggregates, a cooling system to cool-off the fresh cement and also ice crushers that pour ice sheets to the concrete . The post cooling was carried out by using a network of pipes inside all blocks of concretes to flow the cold water at the time of pour and to keep temperature of concrete low during the curing period and let the shrinkage happened in a longer time to avoid any cracks in concrete. The Dam was completed in 1983 and impounded .

Concrete was supplied from dam site betching plant and transfered by mixers so most concreting occured during the night to keep concrete fresh and cold.
