This project was assigned to Kish Pars to design the conversion of a mall building that was built in 1998 to a center for Kish Seda Sima Center (Kish Radio & Television Center) including radio and TV studios, offices, technical facilities centers, canteen for staff, and a dormitory for guests. All the architect and structural design was done by Kish Pars. The contract and the tender document were also prepared by Kish Pars and contractors for building work, mechanical work, and electrical work were selected through the tender process that was managed by Kish Pars. The inspection and project control of the work was also assigned to Kish Pars. After 9 months of the work and completing 90% of the work the manager of Kish Seda Sima was changed and the new management cancelled the project and stopped the work and did not pay statements of contract to Kish Pars and contractors as well. Kish Pars was forced to take the case to court. The verdict was to order the Seda Sima must pay all debts according to contract and final statement. The building is still unusable and is ruining.
