This project was to design and construct a shop in Padena area. The client was a private property owner who wanted to use the property as a shop. The architect and structure design was done by Kish Pars and all plans were approved by the Municipality and the building permit of attained. The construction was completed in 6 months and the shop was turned over to the owner.
