This project was to design and construct a villa in Didaniha Residential area. The client was a private property owner who wanted to have a quiet and nice house to live in Kish Island. The architect and structure design was done by Kish Pars and all design drawings were approved by the Municipality and the building permit was attained. The construction began but in middle of work the sold the property and the new owner asked for some changes to suit his family better and satisfy his taste. The changes were done and the construction completed in two years and turned over to the owner and now he is living in that villa with his family.
